Hansuli is a healthy delicious organic vegetable stew

Nagaland Minister Temjen Imna Along, who is well-known for his amusing social media posts, has shared a video of a mouth-watering dish from Nagaland. He retweeted a video shared by Nagaland Tourism that shows the preparation of the organic vegetable stew Hansuli from scratch.

According to Nagaland Tourism’s post, Hansuli is made by boiling tomatoes and potatoes with fermented fish, adding ginger and green chilies for a more appetizing flavor, and mixing oyster mushroom and xanthoxylem leaves with taro to give it a savory taste.

The post has already garnered more than 5000 views, and close to 400 likes on social media. Many users showed their interest in the dish, asking for the recipe and saying they want to try it. One user even mentioned that Naga cuisine is the most underrated cuisine in India and a hidden gem as it is oil-free.
