The “Eras” tour of Taylor Swift is in full swing as we approach the summer months. The tour is a huge success as Swift has been selling out stadiums across the country and performing the greatest hits of her career. With wedding and party season also in full swing, pretty much every person in America between the ages of 20 and 40 will probably have a chance to dance to a Swift song at some point this summer.
Aaron Rodgers Shows His Moves
39-year-old New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers was seen enjoying Swift’s concert at MetLife Stadium over the weekend. This marks his first public appearance at the Jets’ home arena since the blockbuster trade that landed the four-time NFL MVP in New York (or, more accurately, New Jersey) after 18 years with the Green Bay Packers. Rodgers appeared to be in a private suite, alongside friends, and showed off some moves to “Shake It Off” and “Style.”
A Night with Rodgers and Friends
Rodgers’ entourage included Top Gun Maverick actor Miles Teller and Teller’s wife Keleigh Sperry, two longtime friends with Rodgers who have been seen on offseason excursions with the quarterback before. Everyone in the group seemed to be enjoying themselves, including Rodgers who is a genuine fan of Taylor Swift’s entire catalog.
NFL Stars Show Their Swiftie Side
Rodgers isn’t the only NFL great who considers himself a proud Taylor Swift fan. J.J. Watt attended the “Eras” tour kickoff show at the Cardinals’ stadium in Arizona and posted a video of himself raving about it. It seems the NFL stars can’t resist the pop sensation’s music.
Taylor Swift’s Love for the Eagles
Swift, who grew up near Philadelphia, confirmed during a recent tour stop in the City of Brotherly Love that she is in fact an Eagles fan. It seems that Swift has noted her love for the Eagles, just as NFL stars have appreciated her music.
