Nagaland Minister Temjen Imna Along, who is well-known for his amusing social media posts, has shared a video of a mouth-watering dish from Nagaland. He retweeted a video shared by Nagaland Tourism that shows the preparation of the organic vegetable stew Hansuli from scratch.
The Recipe for Hansuli
According to Nagaland Tourism’s post, Hansuli is made by boiling tomatoes and potatoes with fermented fish, adding ginger and green chilies for a more appetizing flavor, and mixing oyster mushroom and xanthoxylem leaves with taro to give it a savory taste.

One user even mentioned that Naga cuisine is the most underrated cuisine in India and a hidden gem as it is oil-free.
