Nurse at McLeod Health Clarendon receives DAISY Award.

Congratulations to Grace Sok, a Registered Nurse in the McLeod Health Clarendon Medical Surgical Unit, for recently being named a DAISY Award Recipient. She was nominated by a patient for her extraordinary care and compassion. “The kindness Grace showed me and my family was like sunshine on a cloudy day during my hospital stay. Her pleasant smile and attention to detail brought me great comfort.”

To recognize those nurses at McLeod Health Clarendon who are true examples of Nursing Excellence, patients, family members, and co-workers may nominate nurses for the DAISY Award. The award is part of the DAISY Foundation’s program to recognize the super-human efforts nurses perform every day.
