Cardiology Telemedicine Services Now Available in Parkersburg
Mon Health System has announced that cardiology telemedicine services are now available in Parkersburg, offering patients a convenient option for cardiac care. The service is provided by Dr. Bradford Warden, interventional cardiologist, and coordinated through the Mon Health Heart and Vascular Center office in Morgantown.
What Patients Can Expect
The cardiology telemedicine site visits will take place at the Mon Health Telemedicine Suite, located at PARS Healthcare clinic in Parkersburg. Patients can receive customized care close to home without having to travel long distances. Dr. Warden is available to patients experiencing chest pain with exertion, cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, preoperative risk assessment, and valve disease.
A Ribbon Cutting Event
The ribbon cutting ceremony for the new service was held on April 12, with representatives from Mon Health System, PARS Healthcare, and the Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce in attendance. The event included a live demonstration of the new service, highlighting the ease and convenience of telemedicine for patients in need of cardiac care.
