Fall Sports Physicals and Immunizations Offered at LincolnHealth School-Based Health Centers
As the fall sports season approaches, LincolnHealth’s School-Based Health Centers are ready to assist student-athletes by offering physicals at each of their four locations. In addition to physicals, state-required immunizations are also available.
Clinic Details
The clinics will run from approximately 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The following are the scheduled dates and locations for the clinics:
- Boothbay Region High School: Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 8 and 9
- Lincoln Academy: Wednesday and Friday, Aug. 9 and 11
- Medomak Valley High School: Tuesday and Thursday, Aug. 8 and 10
- Morse High School: Tuesdays, Aug. 8 and 15
Appointment Information
If you are interested in attending one of the school clinics, please make an appointment by calling 633-1934 and specifying which school clinic you would like to visit. Services will be billed to your insurance.
Registration and Well-Child Check Recommendations
All students must register with the school-based clinics in order to be seen. We recommend that children have their annual well-child check with their regular Primary Care Provider (PCP) if possible. If that is not possible, the visit to the school-based clinic will be considered their annual prevention/physical visit, which will be covered by insurance. Sliding scale options and other payment support are available for students without health insurance.
