Drinking water is essential for healthy living, helping regulate body temperature and eliminating waste. However, it’s important to drink water in the right way, according to actor Sonnalli Seygall. She advises sipping small quantities of water, avoiding drinking during meals, not drinking water one hour before or after meals, and only drinking when thirsty. Seygall suggests drinking water in a straight position, not slanted or lying, and avoiding cold or chilled water, which can cause digestive problems. Ayurveda expert Vikas Chawla agrees, recommending warm water in the morning to remove toxins and cleanse the skin.
