The Frisco Historic Park and Museum

The Frisco Historic Park and Museum has been a significant landmark in Frisco, Colorado for over a century. What was once a saloon and schoolhouse is now home to hundreds of artifacts that showcase the rich history of Colorado.

“Frisco As I Remember” Project

The museum is now implementing the “Frisco As I Remember” project, which aims to record the memories of current and former Frisco residents. The museum hopes that by capturing these memories, they can ensure that the history of Frisco isn’t lost over time.

The community talk will be held on April 1, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. However, residents can also submit their memories online or by visiting the museum on April 1.

The Importance of Knowing Frisco’s History

The museum’s manager, Rose Gorrell, believes that knowing Frisco’s history can make a visit to the town more special. Frisco is home to ski resorts, a marina, and a reservoir, but understanding the town’s past can provide a new perspective on the town’s attractions.

New Exhibit

The Frisco Historic Park and Museum is also planning to unveil a new exhibit in the near future.
