Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship
Applications for the Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship are now open for high school seniors and college students interested in teaching. This renewable scholarship provides $10,000 per year for up to four academic years to students who commit to teaching in Indiana for at least five years after graduation.
This program aims to reduce college costs while making a meaningful impact on students across the state.

Scholarship Eligibility
To be eligible for the Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship, students must:
- Graduate from an Indiana-accredited or non-accredited nonpublic high school
- Rank in the top 20% of their high school class, have a top 20% ACT or SAT score, or maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
The 2024-2025 application is available on ScholarTrack with a deadline of January 31, 2025. Scholarship status notifications will be sent out by April 2025.
Recent legislation has increased the scholarship award amount to $10,000 and removed the cap on the number of recipients, providing more students with access to this opportunity.
