Unchanged Powertrains
No major mechanical changes have been made to the ES sedan for 2024. The ES 250 is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. This power is transmitted to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. On the other hand, the ES 350 boasts a 3.5-liter V6 engine that generates 302 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque, which is transferred to the front wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid ES 300h combines a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine operating on the Atkinson cycle, an electric motor, and a lithium-ion battery pack. This hybrid system delivers a total output of 215 horsepower and utilizes a continuously variable transmission (CVT) to power the front wheels.
Availability and Arrival
The 2024 Lexus ES is expected to be available at dealerships across the country in the summer of 2023.
